Irrigation Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 08:30am)

• Follow all supervisor instructions promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure the safe operation of equipment and tools.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist coworkers whenever needed.
• Care for and properly maintain all assigned equipment, including carts, radios, rain gear, hand tools, and safety equipment.
• Ensure the irrigation shed is locked and secured at the end of each shift.
• Work a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including overtime and occasional weekends.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes, equipment performance, productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Recommend improvements to equipment, work methods, and working conditions that enhance quality and operational effectiveness.

Irrigation Specialist Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, grounds maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain hand tools, equipment, and irrigation-related tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
• Reliable attendance, strong teamwork skills, and commitment to following safety procedures.
