Desired Qualifications:

  • Active MN Speech-Language Pathology license (Must submit copy or screenshot)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with a caseload of 40-50 elementary and some secondary students
  • Flexibility and commitment to onsite services

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs and progress
  • Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
  • Support students’ academic and social-emotional success within the school setting
