This role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and runs from September 8, 2026, through June 8, 2027. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) teaching licensure required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students with high needs, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with evidence-based strategies and behavioral interventions for students with ASD
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct special education instruction tailored to meet the diverse needs of elementary students with ASD
- Develop and execute IEPs, collaborating with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families
- Implement behavioral and academic interventions to support student growth
