Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Washington
  • Recent or previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting
  • Solid grasp of individualized education programs (IEPs), goal writing, and documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to providing inclusive, developmentally appropriate therapy and accommodations
  • Strong organizational, time management, and adaptive skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students referred for PT services to determine needs and recommendations
  • Develop and implement effective, personalized therapy interventions for students
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and update IEPs in collaboration with the team
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers and families to support student goals
  • Provide staff training on positioning, mobility, and equipment as needed
  • Contribute knowledge and energy to a positive school environment
