Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience delivering speech and language services, preferably in an elementary school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedicated to supporting students with diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to support student progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
