Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience delivering speech and language services, preferably in an elementary school setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedicated to supporting students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
