Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Maryland Teaching Certification

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students with diverse communication needs
- Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Adhere to both onsite and hybrid scheduling options as required for supervision
