Working within two welcoming school environments, you'll deliver vital Occupational Therapy services to a manageable caseload—less than 15 students at each location—ensuring you have ample time to make a meaningful impact with every student. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in MN (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based OT settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy, home health, and healthcare OT environments advantageous
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Competency in IEP development, documentation, and service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in two schools, approximately 35-40 hours per week
- Support IEP-related service needs and participate in meetings and required paperwork (one school may require an additional half-day)
- Utilize best practices for therapy delivery both in person and, if needed, via teletherapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student success
