Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure in Michigan
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting the communication needs of elementary school children

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Document intervention, progress, and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based activities as appropriate
