Locums Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant near New Haven, Connecticut - Three Shifts a Week

Work three 13-hour shifts each week in a hospital-based cardiac surgery setting with a rotating schedule that offers flexibility while focusing on inpatient cardiac care.

• Only three 13-hour shifts per week
• Rotating schedule with weekend coverage every 3-6 weeks
• Hospital-based cardiac surgery practice

• Inpatient cardiac surgery care for adult patients
• Collaborate with a team of seven physician assistants
• Chest tube insertion and management
• First assist in cardiac surgery preferred with consideration for candidates with inpatient cardiac surgery experience

• Three 13-hour day or night shifts per week
• Choice of day or night coverage
• Rotating weekends every 3-6 weeks
• 13-week assignment

• Must be a Physician Assistant
• Active Connecticut medical license required
• Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
• BLS and DEA required

• Lodging and mileage reimbursement are provided
• Travel assistance is available as applicable
