Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Operations Support Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Greer, SC. This administrative support role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, customer service, documentation, and supporting the smooth movement of shipments in a fast-paced office environment.
The Operations Support Specialist will help manage shipping and import-related documentation, maintain accurate records, communicate with customers and carriers, and support day-to-day operational workflow. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable administrative professional who wants to build experience in logistics, import/export, wholesale trade, and supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and maintain shipping, import, and transportation-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter data into internal systems and maintain organized electronic records and files.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Assist with resolving documentation, shipment, and transportation-related questions or delays.
- Support daily operational tasks to help ensure shipments move efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Help identify workflow improvements and assist with documenting procedures and standard operating processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per year.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Greer, SC.
