Physical Therapist - School Setting in Clementon, NJ

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within a school or pediatric healthcare environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
• Ability to independently manage and document sessions
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual physical therapy sessions with a student two times each month, 30 minutes per session
• Evaluate students’ mobility, strength, and functional ability in an educational setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of the student
• Assess progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Maintain thorough records and update progress reports for school personnel and families as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support integrated student care
