Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support key customer accounts by managing orders, forecasts, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK.

What You'll Do
- Manage customer order activity from receipt through fulfillment
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate changes to customers and internal teams
- Process purchase orders, quotes, order modifications, and expedite requests
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email
- Partner with sales, purchasing, production planning, and other internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Prepare reports and complete assigned projects in a timely manner
- Recent experience in customer service, order management, account coordination, inside sales support, or a related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - including Excel
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers, sales, purchasing, and operations teams
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus
- Collaborative team environment
