Industrial Digital Printer (Fulltime, Permanent) - Full training providedStarting Rate £16.81 per hour, £35,179.14 paFully Trained Rate £19.82 per hour, £41,225.60 pa(Average 40 hours per week) plus overtimeContinental Shift Pattern (6 am to 6 pm / 6 pm to 6 am) based on 24/7 hour operation (inc. Sundays)Location - Wiltshire/HampshireWere working with a large pan-European manufacturing business which operates 7 days a week that is actively seeking a Digital Printer to join one of its site Manufacturing teams.You will be trained to be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a high speed Digital Printing Press to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and safely.Your Key Responsibilities:Operate High Speed digital pressFollow Work Instruction tickets either paper or digitalEnsure maximum output, to the highest quality achievableMinimise both time and waste and downtime of the press and utilising the Make Ready processAdhere to best practice operating procedures to achieve KPI targetsFollow Site planned maintenance programmesWork to documented ISO9001 and ISO14001 proceduresEnsure good house keeping of machine and work areaBe flexible in working on a Continental shift patternFollow all Health and Safety and Safe Systems of Work practicesYour Skills and Experience:Previous digital print experience is preferred, but is not essential as full training will be provided over the course of your first 6 months.Experienced in the use of mechanical handling of equipmentAble to work a Continental Shift pattern (12 hour shifts, days and nights)Basic IT skills with some competencyAttention to detail with accuracyPractical and logical able to solve problems quickly.Capable to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.Adaptable to changing demands and circumstancesAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skillsFlexible, reliable and trustworthyIf youre seeking a technical production role within a very capable and strong business that is keen to invest and train, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
