The role typically reports into Field Sales Manager/ Sales Director.The purpose of the role is to ensure sales targets are met through the administration of the Part Exchange Scheme and Sales Progress.What you'll do as a Sales Progressor:Manage communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and New Homes Mortgage Advisers to ensure exchange takes place in 42 daysUpdate and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management informationWork cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction, Commercial and Legal to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progressComplete weekly sales reports, part exchange reports, sales progress reports and other company reportingCompleting final statements, data inputting on the COINs system and auditing part exchange legal reportsAssisting the Sales team in progressing sales, completing the sales tracker and ensuring all chain information is up to dateWhat experience do I need?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven track record of sales progression and new build reportingA good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and WordExperience within the new build industry is a mustCommercially astute with a good understanding of the marketAble to build relationships across functions, internally and externallyFull UK Driving Licence is requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
