As a Learning Support Assistant, you will assist teachers in supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities. This full-time Learning Support Assistant position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates.

Key Tasks:- Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1-on-1 or in small groups.- Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets.- Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.- Track, monitor, and report student progress to teachers and specialists.

Requirements:- Proven experience or relevant training as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant.- Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.- Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
