Job Title: Building ManagerWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 5PM and Saturday 8AM - 12PMLocation: East LondonRole Overview We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Building Manager to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. The Building Manager will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries and requests, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for everyone interacting with the property.Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests and visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner. \n
- Respond promptly to inquiries via front desk, phone, email, and in-person. \n
- Provide information about the building's facilities, amenities, and local services. \n
- Coordinate and manage guest requests such as reservations, transportation arrangements, deliveries, and package handling. \n
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests. \n
- Monitor public areas for cleanliness and safety; report or escalate maintenance or security issues as needed. \n
- Assist with access control procedures, visitor registration, and issuance of temporary passes where applicable. \n
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, security, management) to resolve guest issues and ensure smooth operations. \n
- Uphold standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times. \n
