Harvey Nash are working with a global technology company who are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on products used at significant scale, alongside talented Product, Design and Engineering teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher within a technology or product-focused environment.
\n
• Strong experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
\n
• Experience with usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, interviews, and/or generative research.
\n
• Experience managing the full research lifecycle, from scoping and planning through to recruitment, execution, analysis, and reporting.
\n
• Experience using research findings to influence product design, development, and strategy.
\n
• Strong understanding of human behaviour, user needs, and user-centred design principles.
\n
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
\n
• Strong communication and UX storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex research findings clearly and concisely.
\n
• Good understanding of the product development lifecycle.
\n
• Strong UX systems thinking and ability to understand the wider product ecosystem.
\n
• Knowledge of ethical UX research principles and practices.
\n
• Experience working with interactive technology and digital products.
\n
