About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality Building Control service, undertaking:

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Plan assessments and technical reviews
\n
• Site inspections across a range of developments
\n
• Advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders
\n
• Enforcement and compliance activities
\n
• Dangerous structures and demolition work
\n
• Maintaining high professional standards and accurate records
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n

You will have Building Control experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

\n

\n

\n

Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Grade 10 salary range: £42,839 - £46,142
\n
• £6,000 Market Rate Supplement available for inspectors registered above Class 2A
\n
• Maximum package of up to £52,142 per annum
\n
• Ongoing support to progress through higher Building Safety Regulator registration classes
\n
