Job Description
Working closely with Production Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Project Teams, you'll develop and maintain production plans that ensure manufacturing programmes are delivered efficiently while balancing labour, machine capacity and material availability.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust production plans for manufacturing projects. \n
- Produce daily and weekly production schedules for Manufacturing Operations. \n
- Create six-week forward capacity plans covering labour and machine availability. \n
- Monitor manufacturing capacity to support programme delivery and future bids. \n
- Manage SAP production demand from project initiation through to completion. \n
- Plan and manage Bills of Labour (LOB) and Allocation of Labour (AOL) for projects. \n
- Manage project material requirements within SAP. \n
- Work closely with the Master Planning Lead, Manufacturing Team Leads, Production Technicians and Manufacturing Engineering. \n
- Interpret Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and convert programme requirements into achievable manufacturing plans. \n
- Support manufacturing readiness and production performance across multiple programmes. \n
Essential Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing Planning or Scheduling within a complex manufacturing environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Material Control. \n
- Experience with capacity planning and resource management. \n
- Ability to interpret Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. \n
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities. \n
Desirable Experience
\n- \n
- Aerospace, Defence or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. \n
- Subcontract order management. \n
- Microsoft Project. \n
- Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering and Production Operations. \n
- Experience supporting bids and Basis of Estimate (BOE) activities. \n
