We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Associate in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:
\n
\n - Assist in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies
\n - Review transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, policy wordings)
\n - Analyse legal and factual issues relating to claims
\n - Liaise with insurers, brokers, clients, and external counsel
\n - Support negotiation and resolution of claims
\n - Track claims progress and prepare internal/external reports
\n
\n
About you:
\n
\n - Law degree
\n - Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance
\n - Strong analytical and drafting skills
\n - High attention to detail and organisation
\n - Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
\n
