Are you practical, hands-on and eager to learn?

Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join their growing production team, assembling innovative electrical and mechanical products in a modern manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential – they're looking for people with the right attitude, excellent manual dexterity and a genuine desire to develop a career in engineering.

The Role

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components by following clear work instructions.
  • \n
  • Use hand tools and specialist assembly equipment (full training provided).
  • \n
  • Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • \n
  • Learn new manufacturing processes and techniques from experienced colleagues.
  • \n

  • Practical and enjoys building, fixing or making things.
  • \n
  • Quick to learn with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
  • \n
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality work.

  • Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Engineering Apprenticeship, BTEC, NVQ, T Level or similar practical qualification.
  • \n
  • Experience using hand tools through work, education or personal projects.
  • \n
  • An interest in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, electronics or mechanics.
  • \n
