Candidates must also be willing to travel to Louth, Lincolnshire.What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will:Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residentsAdminister and manage medication in line with best practiceComplete clinical assessments and care plan reviewsProvide wound care and support with complex nursing needsWork closely with residents, families and healthcare professionalsLead and support care teams during your shiftMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationPromote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every residentPay, Hours & Shift Pattern £21.87 per hour39 hours per weekDay or Night Shifts Available12-hour shifts on a rota covering 7 days per weekWhat We're Looking For Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PINPrevious nursing experience within a care home or healthcare settingExperience supporting older people and individuals living with dementia is desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA caring, compassionate and professional approachAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAvailable to work every other weekend .Rewards and Benefits We believe great work deserves great rewards.
