\nYou will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production. The role requires someone reliable, detail-focused and confident working within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n Set up and operate flexographic printing presses\n
\n Complete colour matching, plate changes and ink management\n
\n Carry out quality checks throughout the print run\n
\n Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues\n
\n Work to production schedules and meet daily targets\n
\n Follow all site health and safety procedures\n
\nShifts\n
\n Rotating shifts\n
\n Includes night shifts\n
\n Flexibility required due to production demands\n
