Class 1 Driver

Vanta Staffing are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in the Basingstoke area on days AND nights. This will involve Trunking work to different areas but mostly Wolverhampton. A perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:

    \n
  • Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C) recent experience
    • \n
  • Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
    • \n
  • No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)
    • \n

Details:

  • Salary: £17/18ph - Days / £18.00+ Nights
    • \n
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (06.00 – 07.00am start) – Days and for Nights it will be 18:30 starts.
    • \n
  • Location: Basingstoke
    • \n
  • Duration: Temporary
    • \n

Role of a Class 2 Driver:

  • Be able to complete Trunking work long distance.
    • \n
  • Complete vehicle checks
    • \n
  • Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
    • \n
