Maintenance Person

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our client based in Ampthill. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual with experience in general maintenance and grounds upkeep.

Working Hours:

\n
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:00pm
\n
• Friday: 8:00am 3:00pm
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Carrying out general site maintenance and handyman duties
\n
• Maintaining the yard and surrounding grounds to a high standard
\n
• Safely operating a range of machinery and hand tools
\n
• Completing painting and decorating tasks as required
\n
• Assisting with other maintenance duties to support the site
\n

What We're Looking For:
\n The ideal candidate will have previous experience in one or more of the following:

\n
• Grounds maintenance
\n
• General handyman or maintenance work
\n
• Building or site maintenance
\n

You'll be practical, proactive, and able to work independently while taking pride in maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
