PRIVATE PA TO SUPPORT A WONDERFUL UHNW FAMILY

19 London
London, ENG, GB Full Time

Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting a truly lovely UHNW family in their search for an exceptional Private Personal Assistant to become an integral part of their close-knit family office. This is a wonderfully varied role supporting the family's principal and wider family, becoming a trusted point of contact across their private affairs. Whilst the role has one direct principal, you'll naturally support multiple family members and work closely with an established family office team, making this a true family PA position rather than a traditional one-to-one Private PA role. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys becoming part of the fabric of a family, supporting them through both the everyday moments and the important milestones with warmth, respect, professionalism and complete discretion. Based between the family's London residence and nearby family office, you'll enjoy a collaborative environment alongside a long-standing household team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same and genuinely enjoys making life easier for those around them. The family divide their time between London and Dubai, so there will be occasional international travel, together with the opportunity to become involved in a variety of exciting projects across multiple residences. The core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm. Whilst the family value a healthy work-life balance, flexibility outside of these hours will occasionally be required to support travel, events or family commitments. This is very much a role where you'll be trusted to manage your time sensibly and provide support when it's genuinely needed.DUTIES TO INCLUDE:\n
