Cutover Manager

Cutover Manager / ERP Transformation / 4 Month Contract / Outside of IR35

We're seeking an experienced Cutover Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful ERP go-lives within large-scale transformation programmes.

Essential Experience

\n
• Significant experience leading end-to-end cutover planning and execution for complex ERP, enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes.
\n
• Proven ability to manage business readiness, deployment, testing, data migration and go-live activities across multiple workstreams.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior business and technology leaders.
\n
• Demonstrable experience operating in high-pressure environments with critical delivery timelines and executive visibility.
\n
• Experience establishing and managing cutover governance, command-and-control structures, go/no-go processes and contingency plans.
\n

Highly Desirable

\n
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion implementation experience, ideally within Finance, Procurement or HCM transformations.
\n
• Experience delivering cutovers as part of Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations or greenfield Oracle Fusion programmes.
\n
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion deployment considerations, environment management, testing cycles, integrations and data migration activities.
\n
• Experience coordinating Oracle implementation partners, system integrators and third-party suppliers through critical go-live phases.
\n
• Previous involvement in multi-release Oracle Fusion programmes would be advantageous.
