Metrologist / CMM Programmer Abingdon | Full TimeJoin a cutting-edge advanced manufacturing business developing high-performance components for the aerospace, electronics and industrial sectors.We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to play a key role in inspecting precision-engineered components and supporting product development from prototype through to final quality control. This is a varied, hands-on role working with the latest metrology equipment in a fast-paced engineering environment.What you'll do Program and operate CMM equipment (Hexagon/PC-DMIS and Renishaw Agility/MODUS)Develop and improve CMM inspection processesSupport engineering teams throughout product developmentManage calibration activities and maintain accurate inspection recordsShare knowledge and drive continuous improvement within the metrology teamWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years' CMM programming experienceExperience with PC-DMIS and/or MODUSStrong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&TExperience in a high-precision manufacturing environmentExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsA proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independentlyDesirable Fixture/jig design (Fusion 360 or Rhino)Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA or Gauge R&R knowledgeData analysis or coding experienceIf you're passionate about precision engineering and want to work on advanced manufacturing projects using state-of-the-art technology, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
