Please note : £38,082.60 would be inclusive of Sleep in Shifts at £50 per night with average of 9 per month & approx. 30 hours overtime per monthLocation Vale of GlamorganFull time and part time opportunities availableWe have an opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our dynamic team within our childrens home in Cowbridge area , supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. All our homes are based in a semi-rural location to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the individuals we support.We provide a homely environment where Young People feel safe, supported, and nurtured.
