\n The Role
\n We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will have the opportunity to work within either our baby room (0-2 years) or toddler room (2-3 years), depending on your experience and preference.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
\n Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
\n Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
\n Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times
\n Observe, assess, and track children's progress
\n Contribute to planning engaging and age-appropriate activities
\n Requirements
\n Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
\n Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
\n A genuine passion for working with young children
\n Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
