Our client based in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their modern growing law firm. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a fresh challenge.

The opportunity is primarily based in their Ipswich office; there is also the option to work from home two to three days a week.

The Role

\n
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
\n
• Including sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, and new build property matters
\n
• Managing property matters from instruction through to completion
\n
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
\n
• Supporting the growth of the conveyancing department
\n

The Candidate

\n
• Our client is open to Qualified Solicitors , Licensed Conveyancer’s , Legal Executive’s or experienced Conveyancer’s with a minimum of 2 yrs experience
\n
• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience essential
\n
• You will possess excellent customer care and communications skills
\n
• Strong IT skills
\n
• Ability to multitask
\n
