Early Years TA-Widnes

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) with a Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification to provide support in an Early Years setting at a welcoming primary school in Widnes. This role is a great opportunity to make a real impact on a child's early learning and development while advancing your career in education.

It is for a September start and will be for the full academic year, depending on funding. You will need to have recent early years experience as well as knowledge in supporting children with SEN.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Early Years, you will:

• Provide individual support to a child, ensuring they can engage and thrive in the learning environment.
\n
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, structured activities.
\n
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that supports the child's development.
\n
• Work closely with the SENDCO, teachers, and parents to track progress and implement tailored strategies.
\n
• Promote positive social and emotional development through interaction and encouragement.
\n

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
\n
• Has experience working in a UK primary school setting (UK experience is essential).
\n
• Understands early childhood development and SEN support strategies.
\n
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Can work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
\n

• Competitive Pay - Earn £95- £115 per day. (depending on qualification/ experience )
