\nAssociate Directors play a key role in leading client delivery and are expected to make a significant contribution to the management of the business. The position requires sound judgement, intellectual agility, and a deep understanding of how commercial, political, and communications considerations intersect. Associate Directors advise clients navigating disputes, crises, and strategic positioning challenges, helping to deliver clarity, control, and measurable results. They also oversee the work of client delivery teams and ensure the firm’s high standards are met.

- Leadership of complex client accounts, overseeing the client delivery teams. \n
- Development and mentoring of junior colleagues. \n
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the company’s services. \n
- Development of political, media, and business contacts which can add value to the company. \n
- Support to the company’s leadership on key management areas including human resources and commercial strategy. \n
Profile
\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategic communications, diplomacy, or public affairs, with experience leading responses to complex, multi-jurisdictional issues. They demonstrate exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, cultural fluency, and the ability to translate insight into strategy in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. They will have several years of management experience.
