Audiologist / Hearing Aid DispenserLocation: Central/North LondonSalary: £40,000-£50,000 basic, plus performance-related commission (OTE £80,000-£100,000)About the PracticeWe are a CQC-registered, leading independent clinical audiology practice, established in 2006 with our flagship clinic on Harley Street. We operate multiple full-time, purpose-built hearing clinics across London and are currently on an ambitious growth trajectory, expanding into carefully selected locations across London and the South East.We specialise in comprehensive diagnostic audiology and hearing aid provision, working closely with ENT consultants to deliver a premium, patient-centred service.The RoleWe're looking for a motivated Audiologist to join our team and be part of our continued development. If you're looking to challenge yourself in a professional, clinical setting - working to the highest clinical standards while enjoying the autonomy and financial rewards of an independent practice - this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Working in bright, modern clinics with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, you'll have a varied role that draws on the full breadth of your audiological knowledge and skills, including:Adult diagnostic testing for ENTPaediatric audiologyTinnitus assessments and managementAdult auditory rehabilitation, working to the highest clinical standards and routinely using Real Ear Measurement and Speech in Noise testing as part of a client-centred, evidence-based, holistic approach to hearing carePrescribing and fitting the latest hearing aid technology from all the world's leading manufacturers, creating individualised treatment programmes based on patient needsEar wax removal clinicsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum BSc or MSc in AudiologyHCPC registration as a Hearing Aid DispenserMinimum 5 years' experience, with at least 1 year in the NHSEnthusiastic, professional and passionate about AudiologyFocused on providing outstanding, patient-centred hearing careA growth mindset with a focus on continual improvementA strong team player in a collaborative environmentExcellent communication skillsThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.BSR Health are a Specialist Healthcare Agency.
