Voids Quantity Surveyor - Repairs & RefurbishmentRomford, Havering£50,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + PackageHill McGlynn is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Voids Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment works.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a portfolio of social housing voids and planned works, where your commercial expertise will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.The RoleAs a Voids Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple repairs and refurbishment contracts, including void properties.
