Site Manager

Your new companyWorking for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.Your new roleReporting to the Project Manager, they require a Site Manager to support during the busy summer period on a new build school scheme. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site
\n
• Coordinating daily site operations and short-term programmes
\n
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance at all times
\n
• Monitoring progress and maintaining project records
\n
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
\n
• Liaising with project stakeholders and the wider delivery team
\n
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are achieved
\n
• Managing works within a live school environment with minimal disruption
\n
