What You'll Bring

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build strong relationships with candidates, identify and engage talent, conduct interviews and assessments, and support the candidate journey from initial engagement through to placement and aftercare.

You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver against client hiring requirements, develop market knowledge, share insights with the wider team, coach candidates through interview processes, and ensure all activity is completed accurately and compliantly.
