- have:Previous experience in an AV Manager or senior AV Technician \n
- role.Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging and live event equi \n
- pment.Experience working within hotels, conference venues or the live events ind \n
- ustry.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving s \n
- kills.Strong leadership and people management exper \n
- ience.The ability to work independently while also leading a \n
- team.Outstanding communication and customer service s \n
- kills.A professional, client-focused app \n
- roach.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Hiretrack experience would be advantag \n
