Job Description
Immediate need for a Legal Counsel to join a high-profile retail business on an initial 6 month contract commencing by early September. Potential to extend/go perm, hybrid working 2/3 day split.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will have a broad role encompassing:

\n - commercial contract negotiation and drafting
\n - negotiating licensing agreements
\n - corporate advisory
\n - support on transformation projects
\n - tech and AI related contract negotiation
\n - process improvements
\n
\n
\n
You will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained ideally in a similar role in-house within the consumer sector, retail, FMCG or similar. Strong commercial contract drafting skills are key coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
