Remote | 3-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Day Rate DOE | Urgent Requirement

Reed is exclusively supporting a market-leading organisation in the search for an experienced Legal Operations Professional, Paralegal, Qualified Lawyer, Contract Manager or Legal Project Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.

\n

This is a business-critical assignment supporting a significant contract review and remediation programme. The successful individual will work closely with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders to drive project delivery, manage contract-related activities and ensure key milestones are achieved within challenging timescales.

\n

The client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage a high volume of contracts, stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

\n

The Role

\n

As part of a wider transformation project, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing contractual documentation, coordinating key legal processes and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.

\n

You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to ensure contractual obligations, project requirements and governance processes are effectively managed.

\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, analysing and categorising customer and supplier contracts.
  • \n
  • Managing contract trackers, project plans and reporting documentation.
  • \n
  • Supporting contract remediation and contract restructuring activities.
  • \n
  • Coordinating consent, novation and assignment processes.
  • \n
  • Managing communications with internal stakeholders and third parties.
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively with legal, commercial, procurement and operational teams.
  • \n
  • Monitoring project timelines and ensuring delivery against critical milestones.
  • \n
  • Identifying contractual risks and escalating complex legal matters where appropriate.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate contract records and document management systems.
  • \n
  • Producing project status updates and management information.
  • \n
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and helping to drive operational efficiencies.
  • \n
  • Ensuring project documentation is maintained to a high standard throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • \n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within legal operations, contract management, legal project management or a similar role.
  • \n
  • Strong contract review and contract administration experience.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Experience working with contract databases, trackers and workflow management systems.
  • \n
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • \n
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • \n
