Location: Slyne, Lancaster
\nSalary: £50,000 per annum (with potential earnings up to £55,000 through bonuses)
\nContract: Full Time, Permanent
\nSpecific Hours: 40 hours per week

Bay View Childcare, part of the Polaris Community, is seeking a child-focused Registered Manager for our established children's home in Slyne, Lancaster. Our home provides care for four children aged 8-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

To thrive in this role, you will need:
\n- \n
- A Leadership and Management qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children. \n
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding, including relevant legislation and regulations. \n
- Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills. \n
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children. \n
