Your Role\nAs a SEN Teacher, you will:

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, addressing the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils. \n
- Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors. \n
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to meet individual needs. \n
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips. \n
- Build positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and foster positive learning outcomes. \n
To thrive in this role, you should:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a suitable degree-level qualification. \n
- Have previous successful teaching experience, particularly with SEND pupils. \n
- Possess experience in behavior management techniques. \n
- Be committed to your professional development and eager to learn. \n
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, during term time only. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £39,520, depending on your experience.
