\nHours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday
\nShift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

Pay Rate: £15.93 per hour

\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\nAs part of our Finishing Team, you will:
\nPolish, deburr, and clean precision-engineered components using specialist tools and equipment
\nCarry out detailed inspections to ensure products meet exact quality standards
\nWork from technical instructions and customer specifications
\nPrepare finished components for final dispatch and presentation
\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
\nSupport continuous improvement and work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team
\n\nWhat We’re Looking For
\nWe’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
\nA strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work
\nPrevious experience in manufacturing, polishing, finishing, or similar hands-on environments (preferred but not essential)
\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
\nThe ability to follow technical processes and procedures accurately
\nA reliable, flexible, and team-oriented approach
\nA strong awareness of health & safety practices
\nFull training will be provided for the right candidate.
