This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers and SEN professionals, providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs. As a SEN TA, you'll play an important role in helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive and encouraging learning environment.

The successful SEN TA will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of additional needs.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible, and inclusive lessons.

• Build pupils' confidence, independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
\n
• Support the delivery of individual learning and behaviour plans.
\n
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child reaches their potential.

The ideal SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or another related subject.
