As a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver vital lesson support and offer targeted help to students who need extra guidance. This full-time Teaching Assistant position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates in a vibrant school environment.

Key Tasks:- Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1-on-1 or in small groups.- Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets.- Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.- Track, monitor, and report student progress to senior staff.

Requirements:- Proven experience or relevant training as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.- Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.- Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
