Legal Counsel

A well-known consumer products company are looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel available for a 12m FTC, starting in August*

This is a hybrid role which requires your presence in the Central London office x3 days/week.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including sales, marketing and distribution
\n
• Providing legal advice to a wide range of internal senior stakeholders
\n

To be considered, you should be a qualified commercial lawyer with 2-4yrs+ PQE with commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience. You should also be familiar with legal issues related to sales, marketing and distribution, ideally in EMEA; and a self-starter with the capacity to run your own matters.

*you should also be available at short notice.
