\nThe Role
\nThe firm is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years’ PQE to join its highly ranked Charities and Community team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for prominent UK and international clients in the charity and not-for-profit sector. Work will include:

- Charity structuring and restructuring \n
- Governance and constitutional matters \n
- Advising on trading arrangements and non-charitable subsidiaries \n
- Charity tax and fundraising regulation \n
- Supporting on mergers, reorganisations and compliance projects \n
- You will also have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, client training and business development initiatives. \n
What They’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 2-5 PQE, ideally with charity law experience \n
- Strong academic record and excellent communication skills \n
- Experience or a strong interest in governance, constitutional and regulatory matters \n
- Ability to manage smaller projects independently while supporting on larger mandates \n
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach \n
