\n - 1- 3 Year's PQE Employment Law experience
\n - Good Academics
\n - Private practice experience
\n - Excellent Communication skills
\n - Can adapt to different client's needs and empathise with their difficult situations
\n - Is entrepreneurial and can-do in nature
\n - A good team player
