Removals Operations Manager

We’re working with a well-established removals company in West London that is looking to hire a Removals Operations Manager. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day removals operations, coordinating teams and ensuring customer moves are managed effectively.

Your day-to-day Removals Operations Manager responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily removals operations and coordinating moving teams.
\n
• Planning schedules for removals crews, vehicles and customer moves.
\n
• Monitoring ongoing removals jobs and resolving operational issues.
\n
• Communicating with customers, drivers and internal teams throughout the removals process.
\n
• Ensuring all vehicles are inspected and maintained weekly.
\n
• Managing paperwork, job records and operational administration.
\n
• Supporting the smooth running of household goods removals projects.
\n
