Freelance Electrical Trainer / Assessor -- 18th Edition (2382), 2391-52, EV Charge Point, Solar PV, S
Job Description
We're Brightpeak Group — three Ofsted 'Good' training providers (Workpays, WS Training and Orangebox).
\nWe've built six online courses for green and electrical skills: 18th Edition (2382), 2391-52 Inspection & Testing, EV charge point installation, Solar PV, safe isolation and PAT testing. Before any of them go live, we want a proper electrician to go through them and tell us what's wrong.
\nThat's the first job , a paid content review. You'd be checking the technical detail, making sure everything matches the current regs and amendments, and flagging anything that's out of date or just not how it works in the real world. It's remote, done in your own time, and we'll agree a fee per course or a day rate, whichever suits.
\nDo that well and there's ongoing work behind it: freelance delivery as the platform grows , practical sessions, assessments, and helping shape new courses.
\nWhat we're looking for is simple enough. You're a time-served electrician, you hold 2391 or an equivalent inspection and testing qualification, you're current with BS 7671 and the latest amendments, and you've got a teaching or assessing qualification — AET, TAQA or similar. If you've delivered training at a college or training provider, even better. EV charge point or solar quals and any IQA experience are a bonus, not a requirement.
\nThis is freelance on an invoice basis, and it suits someone semi-retired just as well as someone fitting it around teaching or site work elsewhere.
\nApply with your CV or LinkedIn profile, or email Anil Jaishi([email protected]) at Brightpeak Group if you'd rather just have a conversation first.
